01 / SCOPE AND ACCEPTANCE

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the site mandruzzato.studio (the "Site"), operated by Alessandro Mandruzzato (the "Owner").

By browsing the Site, you accept these Terms in full. If you do not accept them, do not use the Site.

02 / OWNERSHIP OF CONTENT

All content published on the Site — texts, images, renders, videos, layout, code, marks, logotypes — is the exclusive property of Alessandro Mandruzzato or of his licensors, except where otherwise clearly stated.

The marks "MANDRUZZATO STUDIO™" and "COMMANDVISION™" are used by the Owner. Their unauthorised use is forbidden.

Images generated or assisted by AI are always declared through an "AI CONCEPT" or "AI CONTENT" badge. Commercial work (Studio Mancini, ORBITA) does not use generative AI, or does not declare it because it is not relevant.

03 / PERSONAL, NON-COMMERCIAL USE

You may view, save and print Site content for strictly personal, non-commercial use.

You may not: copy, reproduce, redistribute, modify, sell, license or commercially exploit content without the Owner's written authorisation.

04 / CITATION

Academic, editorial or critical citations are welcome, within the limits of fair-dealing rights (art. 70 of Italian Law 633/1941), provided that:

— the excerpt is limited to what is strictly necessary;
— the attribution "Mandruzzato Studio, 2026" and a link to the Site are given;
— the original meaning of the content is not altered.

05 / NO SCRAPING / NO AI TRAINING

Mass automated access (scraping, crawling other than declared indexing bots such as Googlebot and Bingbot) is forbidden.

The use of Site content (images, text, video) to train artificial-intelligence models (LLMs, image models, video models) is explicitly forbidden without written authorisation.

This restriction is also declared via the /robots.txt file and as a TDM opt-out under EU Directive 2019/790, art. 4.

06 / THIRD-PARTY LINKS

The Site may contain links to third-party sites (Instagram, Vercel, font providers). The Owner does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy or terms of service of those sites.

07 / LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Site is provided "as is", without express or implied warranties of continuous availability, accuracy or fitness for a specific purpose.

The Owner shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Site, within the limits permitted by applicable law.

Information published is illustrative only and does not constitute a contractual offer. For commissionable projects, only direct email communication between the Owner and the client is binding.

08 / CHANGES

The Owner reserves the right to change content, structure and Terms of the Site at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be announced.

09 / GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE

These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Rome, save for the mandatory venues set for consumers.
